To promote the disabled access to rehabilitation, skill training, living education, employment opportunities, Medical/health care and small business.
To support/advocate the disabled in producing high quality items /handicrafts/crafts and provide exact and fundamental skills for silk products/crafts and traditional items.
To train them how to live in society such as, daily standard of living, moral attitudes, efforts in working, respect of the organizational rules/laws, collaboration in each group so that they can know how to integrate into Cambodian society.
To train them how to use these skills in tailoring, weaving, beading, embroidery subjects so that they can go back to their villages by using these to deal with their daily standard of living with their families in the villages.
To raise awareness of disability issues among the disabled and their families, relatives, friends and neighbors in the local communities and in the public to challenge discrimination and develop their efforts in pursuing their study and positive attitudes in Cambodian society.
To train them to collaborate with one another and with other NGOs, private sectors to work well in the society in order to contribute to poverty deduction and solution on disability issues.
To advocate and maintain the disabled rights, and strengthen human resources to the poor and disabled so that they are able to be employed after graduation from CHA program.
To provide perfect skills to the poor and disabled so that they can participate in other shops, companies, and other NGO workshops in local country, and develop their capacity in tailoring, weaving, beading, carving and embroidery fields in Cambodian society.
To provide the disabled with best services and opportunities to fully participate and develop their capacity in social and economic activities in Cambodia.
